Just a little throw back to one of my early hats in crinoline, and my tribute to the UK last year at the World Cup. But these patriotic colors are so interchangeable. It can double for a July 4th barbecue celebration. I wanted to do a few other Independence Day themed fascinators this season, but time got the best of me. I can remake this style in any color. You cannot see the back but it has a floral cotton quilted lining with coordinating colors. It’s so darn cute.
