Hat deposits are non-refundable once a custom order begins, unless we could not fulfill your order as requested. For example, if a particular material is no longer available or there is a substantial shipping delay due to limited resources, local strikes, or other situations that are beyond our control. Once completed, custom order hats are also non-returnable. Please note that bespoke hats take anywhere from 2-8 weeks minimum to complete, not including material shipping time, and delivery time to your location. Please plan accordingly.
