A hat dedicated to the wondrous Bee is a signature theme of mine. Here is another Safari-hat inspired rendition. The crown is hand shaped into a beehive using gold metallic straw braid, and the brim is a contrasting metallic sinamay straw. Buzzing out of the small beehive opening is are gold work embroidered bees. Adding more color and whimsey are fresh hand sculpted parasisal beaded strawberries, and matching handmade silk berry flowers. The back is topped off with a crinoline bow.

This hat fits 21-22.5 inch head size. To measure your head size, use a tape measure and measure the circumference of your head above your eyebrows. Please inquire if you would like this hat custom made for you.
