Movement in this headpiece is inspired by the magical phoenix, carrying delicate eggs symbolizing fertility and birth of Spring. Made with a Sinamay and Buntal straw base, and covered in mostly fuchsia rooster feathers. There are hints of red and black feathers inside the wings for contrast. There is a lot to explore and wonder in this mystical head piece. The eggs are made of porcelain clay.
